We accept VISA, Master, and AMEX one-time payment.

About Shipping

Shipping is free (at our expense) for orders of 5,500 yen (tax included) or more per order and per delivery address.

If the purchase price is less than 5,500 yen (including tax), a shipping fee of 1,000 yen (including tax) will be charged.

In addition to the product price, consumption tax and shipping charges must be paid.

30-day color change, return and money-back guarantee

We want you to try our products first, which is why we offer a 30-day color change, return and money-back guarantee.

The procedure for using the color change system is as follows.

We will provide you with a return address so that you can return the item to us.

After confirming your return, we will refund your money. Refunds will be made through our system. For cash on delivery (COD) customers, the refund will be made by bank transfer. Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If you send your order to an address other than the return address provided by our company, we will not be able to support the above color change, return, or return guarantee, so please be sure to send your order to our designated address.
